A dozen years ago, Emma found herself on a grecian island with a bunch of senior citizens who didn’t speak English.
Did she fret? Nope!
She had the time of her life connecting with them in the universal language…of Laughter!
But something bigger happened inside of her from the laughter exercises, called Laughter Yoga. She felt so…amazing…. she had to continue speaking this universal language!
Emma felt these exercises were a GIANT-SIZED gift to her body, mind, and spirit. Emma came home, found meetups, and got certified to teach Laughter Yoga. Now, she is ready to laugh with Y-O-U!

What is Laughter Yoga, exactly?
In 1995, a medical doctor discovered the many physical and emotional benefits of laughing and pretending to laugh. And Laughter Yoga was born. It turned into a global movement that millions enjoy today!
What will you do in a Laughter Yoga Class? Deep breathing, (pretend/real) laughing exercises, and clapping. Plus follow-the-leader exercises. No experience, strength, thigh masters, or equipment necessary.
What Laughter Yoga is NOT: A yoga class with poses, a mat, or a judgey-pants teacher.
To bring to Class: yourself, your laugh, and an open mind.
