I found Heidi during a difficult time last summer. I wasn't happy with where I was in life, and although I knew I wanted a change, I needed guidance to figure out what that looked like. Women Elevate women is an eclectic group of strong, women business leaders, tackling the obstacles of life, work, and finding that balance to create peace and find joy in all parts of our lives. Heidi captures our group with deep thoughts, challenging questions, and really encouraging us to dig deep and be vulnerable. I started my life coaching journey at a critical time in my professional career as a new and first-time leader of an organization. It came with a tremendous amount of purpose, social impact and personal growth. Who am I as a leader? Do I deserve to be here? What are my strengths? What is my value? How can I be a better version of myself? These are all questions Heidi was able to help me answer. She gave me the tools and the language to articulate that which has always been within me as well as discover what I have the potential to be.
